Single-site-browser fun!
I don't know why I haven't heard of this until yesterday when I read about it on the Sydney Morning Herald on my way from Sydney to Melbourne on the (darn and delayed) plane. Basically it's the ability to "create" desktop applications from frequented browser applications, i.e. Gmail, Facebook, Google Docs, etc. So the future of web applications is, ironically, the desktop!
